Machine designed to roll pillows, sleeping bags, quilts, comforters, and other padded products to reduce their volume and optimize storage and transport.
A special system allows the product to be rolled into itself while automatically wrapping it in plastic film.
Operating procedure
The operator proceeds as follows:
- Places the pillow on the conveyor belt at the machine’s entrance.
- Presses the start button: the machine automatically performs the film feeding, rolling of the pillow, cutting of the plastic film, and expulsion of the pillow.
