The BM183 is designed to roll up latex or polyurethane foam mattresses to reduce their volume and facilitate transport.
The machine is equipped with a patented system that compresses the mattress on a spindle, which rolls it up and at the same time wraps it in a plastic film.
OPERATION MODE
The operator proceeds as follows:
- Places the mattress on the idle roller conveyor and, from the control panel, presses the start button to begin the cycle. The machine automatically feeds the plastic film onto the motorized roll.
- Guides the mattress along the roller conveyor until it reaches the motorized cylinder.
- Presses the start button: the machine automatically performs the rolling operation, cuts the plastic film, seals the rolled mattress with tape, and expels it onto a conveyor belt.
