Machine designed to facilitate the operation of inserting multiple cushions into the same bag.
OPERATION MODE
The operator places the required number of cushions into the machine to be inserted into the polyethylene bag.
The operator positions the bag onto the machine's exit opening and, by pressing a foot pedal, activates the pneumatic system that compresses the cushions until they reach the size of the exit opening.
Subsequently, using a second foot pedal, the operator activates the expulsion system that pushes the cushions into the polyethylene bag.
The machine is capable of bagging approximately 20 cushions, size 45x45, into a bag with dimensions of 1100x1500 mm.
