Simplicity and Efficiency
The BM265 blanket packaging line consists of three operational units:
- Folding Unit
- Rolling Unit
- Strapping Unit
The operator places the blanket into the folding unit, where it is automatically centered, and thanks to the action of the pneumatic sleds, two longitudinal folds are made. After folding, the blanket is transferred onto a conveyor belt that feeds into the automatic rolling unit. Once rolled, the blanket is sent to the strapping unit, which automatically applies a paper strap and an adhesive label to seal the roll.
The machine is designed to handle blankets of various sizes and produce rolls of variable diameter, ensuring flexibility and adaptability to meet specific customer needs.
