This configuration of our BM3014 ultrasonic line allows for the automatic production of finished pillows, which are then directed to one of three packaging options: vacuum packaging in plastic bags and direct boxing, rolling them and automatically inserting them into plastic bags created by the machine, or rolling them and inserting them into pre-made plastic bags by a dedicated operator.
A PLC manages all stages of production on the line. The labor required consists of just one operator. The number of operators increases to two if the option with the manual rolling machine BM240M is chosen.
