This configuration of our BM3014 ultrasonic line allows for the automatic or manual production of finished pillows (also using cotton pillowcases, not just non-woven fabric). The filling material preparation system can handle both virgin polyester fiber flakes and polyurethane foam production scraps.
A PLC manages all stages of production on the line. The labor required consists of just one operator for the automatic option, and two operators if the pillow filling is done manually.
