This configuration of our BM3014 ultrasonic line allows for the automatic production of finished pillows. The filling material preparation system can handle both virgin polyester fiber flakes, polyurethane foam production scraps, and fiber balls.
A PLC manages all stages of production on the line. The labor required consists of just one operator for the full management of the line.
